退火温度及带速对590MPa级锌铁合金双相钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用热浸镀模拟试验机,对590 MPa级锌铁合金双相钢在不同退火温度及带速下的组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明,随着退火温度的提高,岛状马氏体会分解成珠光体和贝氏体,屈服强度升高;随着带速提高,马氏体含量增大,晶粒尺寸变小,抗拉强度提高;当退火温度为790℃时,带速在90m/min时,试验钢获得最佳力学性能。 By hot-dip plating simulation tester,microstructures and properties of 590 MPa grade zinciron alloy duplex steel under different annealing temperature and strip speed were analyzed.Results show that with the increase of annealing temperature,the martensite would decompose into pearlite and bainite,and yield strength increased;with the increase of strip speed,martensite content increased and grain size decreased,and tensile strength was improved;When annealing temperature was at 790℃and strip speed was 90 m/min,the test steel obtained the optimum mechanical properties.
