磷酸盐类抗氧化剂对低温炭套结瘤的影响

摘要 通过对低温炭套表层嵌入式瘤子的微观结构和成分分析,发现瘤子中磷含量较高,其主要来源于低温炭套的磷酸盐类抗氧化剂。采用浸泡法对磷酸盐处理炭套的耐水性能进行了研究,结果表明其耐水性能较差。 Microstructure and composition of buildups embedded in the surface of low-temperature carbon sleeve were analyzed.It was found that phosphorus content of the buildups was high,which mainly came from the phosphate antioxidant for low-temperature carbon sleeve.Water resistance of lowtemperature carbon sleeve treated with phosphates was tested by immersion method.Results show that its water resistance was poor.
