文章通过介绍美国油气管道安全管理和事故应急的法律法规、标准指南以及管道与事故处置管理部门的职责,针对我国管道安全保护面临的问题提出防范措施及建议。

In this article,the laws and regulations,the standards and guidelines for safety management and emergency response of the oil and gas pipelines in the U.S.A.and the responsibilities of the pipelines and accident management administrations are described.With regard to the problems existing in the pipeline safety protection in China,prevention measures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.
