当代大学生积极品质现状与思想政治教育探析

Favorable Attributes of Contemporary College Students and Ideological and Political Education

对808名大学生积极品质现状进行调查,结果显示当代大学生积极品质结构涵盖对待自身、对待他人和对待外部世界3个维度18种积极品质,其中对待他人维度上的积极品质水平普遍较高,对待自身和对待外部世界维度上的积极品质水平偏低。不同性别、生源地大学生的积极品质水平存在差异,家庭社会关系、父亲教养方式和母亲教养方式影响大学生积极品质发展,积极品质对大学生的在校表现具有正向预测作用。当代大学生积极品质的培养亟待凝聚思想政治教育生态系统的内外合力,搭建多重载体和不同群体的分层分类培养平台,并逐步引入和完善心理疏导长效机制。

A survey of 808 college students shows that the favorable attributes of contemporary college students are composed of 18 items in the 3 dimensions treating oneself,treating others and treating the outside world.In the second dimension,the level of favorable attributes is found to be higher than the other two dimensions.Difference is also found between different genders and between the students from different regions.The social relationship in a family,paternal and maternal upbringing have effect on the development of students＇ favorable attributes.Favorable attributes have positive predictability for students＇ school performance.Both internal and external forces in the ecological system of ideological and political education should be taken advantage of to cultivate college students＇ favorable attributes.We should also set up multiple carriers and stratified training platforms for different groups of students,gradually introducing and improving the long-term mechanism of psychological counseling.
