摘要 研究性教学改革是人才培养模式的创新举措,目前已经从一门课程的研究性教学改革推进到以整个专业为基础的研究性教学改革,取得了良好的效果;在此基础上以整体协同方式进行的研究性教学改革渐渐浮现。整体协同式研究性教学要处理好课程之间、第一课堂与第二课堂、科学研究与社会实践等方面的协同关系,构建良好协作精神的教学团队,打造良好创新精神的学习型班级,建立良好互动的教学实习基地。 Research-based teaching is an innovative practice in training mode,which has been promoted quite effectively from a single course to the comprehensive teaching reform based on the whole specialized training program.On this basis has emerged an idea of teaching reform in a holistic and collaborative mode.Such a mode requires proper treatment of the collaboration between different courses,between curriculum teaching and extra-curriculum teaching,and between scientific research and social practice.Besides,we should build up a teaching staff of good cooperation,classes of initiative spirit,and responsive practice teaching bases.
