保肾口服液治疗IgA肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证疗效观察

Observation of effect of Baoshen oral solution on Ig A nephropathy of qi-yin deficiency including blood stasis syndrome

目的:观察保肾口服液对IgA肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例入选的IgA肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证患者,随机分成两组各30例,对照组采用西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用保肾口服液治疗。结果:治疗2个月后,治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为66.67%,且治疗组在改善中医症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者在尿沉渣红细胞计数及24小时尿蛋白定量、免疫球蛋白IgA与治疗前比较均有改善,有统计学差异(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组。而在血肌酐、尿素氮、免疫球蛋白IgG、免疫球蛋白IgM方面与治疗前比较无显著性差异。结论:保肾口服液治疗IgA肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证,临床症状改善明显,能够有效地降低尿红细胞和尿蛋白的排泄,改善IgAN患者微循环障碍,延缓肾功能进展。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Baoshen oral solution on IgA nephropathy of qi-yin deficiency including blood stasis syndrome. Methods ：60 cases of selected patients with IgA nephropathy of qi-yin deficiency including blood stasis syndrome were divided randomly into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated basically with westem medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Baoshen oral solution on the basis of control group. After 2 months of treatment, the effect was evaluated in both groups. Results ： The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group, 66. 67% in control group. In the improvement of clinical symptoms, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with before treatment, erythrocyte count of urinary sediment, 24hrUprV, immunoglobulin IgA of patients in both groups were improved after treatment, there was statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. However, compared with before treatment, there was not significant difference in serum creatinine, urea nitrogen , immunoglobulin IgG and immunoglobulin IgM. Conclusion： In treating IgA ne- phropathy of qi-yin deficiency including blood stasis syndrome, Baoshen oral solution can improve the clinical symptoms obviously, reduce the excretion of urine red blood cell and urine albumin effectively, improve the micro- circulation disturbance of patients with IgAN, and delay the decline of renal function.
