摘要
区别于中国二代+压水堆电站(CPR)、法国新型三代压水堆核电站(EPR)及美国以往典型压水堆核电站,CAP系列核电用电缆鉴定试验首次增加了贝塔(β)辐照的要求。针对β射线的本质是散射的电子束或电子云,鉴定试验无法对其进行考核的问题,对β射线的特性进行了研究,提出了β辐照试验的鉴定方法。本文重点研究了β射线的破坏机理,通过对比γ射线和β射线的损伤影响,提出了β辐照的试验方案,重点讨论了γ射线和β射线转换方案,通过辐照剂量与断裂伸长率的关系曲线,确定β射线和γ射线的转换关系,为后续电缆开展鉴定试验提供了理论依据。
Comparison to China Second Generation plus PWR Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) CPR,France Third Generation of PWR NPP EPR and American used typical PWR NPPs, Beta radiation requirement is firstly required in CAP series NPP for cable qualification. Due to the nature of the ~ ray is the scattering of the electron beam or electron cloud which is hard to evaluate during the qualification testing, this paper did the research on the characteristics of ]3 ray and proposed a qualification method about ]3 radiation test. This paper mainly studied the damage mechanism of ~ ray and compared damage impacts between )' ray and ]3 ray. Eventually, 13 radiation test plan was introduced in this paper. It mainly discussed how to convert 13 radiation to 7 radiation by using the curve of dose and elongation. It will provide a theoretical basis for the following cable qualification tests.
