摘要 蒸汽发生器支撑板泥渣沉积有堵塞梅花孔的危险,进而引起核电厂堆功率不稳甚至降功率运行等后果。鼓泡清洗可清洗支撑板缝隙在内的蒸汽发生器二次侧全管束区域。通过理论分析和现场应用论证了鼓泡清洗工艺的有效性和优越性,是现阶段蒸汽发生器二次侧全范围清洗的最优工艺。 Sludge deposits on steam generator support plate has the risk of blocking quatrefoil tube hole,and then causes the consequences of nuclear power plant reactor power instability or even power decrease.The whole tube bundle area of steam generator secondary side can be cleaned by pressure pulse cleaning.Through theoretical analysis and field application,pressure pulse cleaning is proved to be effective. Pressure pulse cleaning is the optimal process for steam generator secondary side full scope cleaning at this stage.
