摘要
针对传统抗燃油系统冲洗方法的油质短期难以合格问题,提出抗燃油系统的气-水脉冲冲洗方法,并成功应用在某新建电厂的冲洗过程。结果表明,该方法具有冲洗效果好、冲洗时间短、能耗较低及环保效果好等优点,为同类型机组安装调试提供借鉴作用。
Aiming at the problem that oil is difficult to pass in the short term by traditional flushing method of fire resistant hydraulic fluid system,the air-water pulse method is put forward. This method has been successfully applied in flushing process of a new power plant. The results show that this technology has many advantages,such as excellent effect,short time consuming,low energy consumption,environment friendly,which may provide reference for installation and commissioning of the similar units.
