It is the unique geographical location and the traditional agriculture civilization that formed the folk traditions and customs with local characteristics. Among these,the folk custom ＂ the Divinity of＇Huo Guniang＇＂ reflects the frugal righteousness of the people in Dabashan areas,the conception of the mundane judiciary,and the desire for the folk legal justice. Thus this article based on the features and effects of ＂ the Divinity of ＇Huo Guniang＇＂,and some related legislation makes a profound interpretation,such as the extant significance,mutual relation,judicial forms and the folk concepts of legal justice so that it to some extent can give the people in Dabashan areas a correct guidance to the folk legal concept and believes.
