论门罗小说《多维的世界》女性空间书写

On Feminine Space in the Novel Dimension

加拿大著名女作家艾丽丝·门罗的短篇小说《多维的世界》通过讲述一位平凡的年轻女性在经历了悲剧性婚姻生活后的成长故事,在其惨烈人生中审视菲勒斯中心主义笼罩下的女性个体生存困境。本文拟运用空间批评理论,通过文本细读的方式对该小说进行研究,沿着女主角人生轨迹剖析其背后的女性空间,揭示门罗为女性探寻的构建新型两性关系模式的可行之路,即女性最终只有在回归现实世界以己之力获得觉醒和独立,才能找到自我空间。

The novel Dimension by the famous Canadian writer Alice Munro is a female Bildungsroman of a young woman who develops after her tragic marriage and life,in which the author scrutinizes the plight of modern female individuals＇ existence and development in the world dominated by Phallocentrism.Based on a textual analysis and by employing the theory of spatial criticism,the feminine space in the life of the protagonist,this paper attempts to explore the possible way to construct a new relation mode between the two genders. Through this novel Munro indicates that only by returning to the reality and achieving female self and independence can women find their own space.
