摘要 沁水煤层气田L型水平井产生的窜气问题,已严重影响了单井产量,本文分析了此类井型产生窜气的原因,针对该气田L型水平井所使用水力管式泵和同心管射流泵的两种无杆排采工艺,提出了通过优化井筒工艺和控制井底流压相结合的解决方式,并最终进行现场实施进行论证,结果表明L型水平井的窜气问题得到了有效的解决。此项研究为L型水平井的平稳正常排采提供了技术支撑,具有一定借鉴作用。 The problem of blow-by gas has seriously affected the single well production of the L-type hor- izontal wells in Qinshui coalbed methane field. This paper analyzes the causes of gas blow-by generated in this type of wells. A solution combining optimization of wellbore process and control the bottom hole flow pressure has been put forward in view of the two kinds of rod-less extraction technology of hydraulic pipe pump and concentric pipe jet pump used in the L-type horizontal well of this field. Finally, the on-site implementation has been carried out for demonstration. The results show that the blow-by gas problem of the L-type horizontal well has been effectively solved. This study provides a technical support for the steady and normal mining of L-type horizontal wells, which has a certain reference function.
