摘要
本文对乌鲁木齐矿区煤层气中CO_2赋存规律进行了基础分析,给出了埋深对于CO_2赋存的影响规律,随着深度的增加,CO_2浓度先增大后减小,在1000m左右达到最大,约为40%。同时,试采数据显示随着排采的进行,CH_4浓度逐渐变低,CO_2解吸量增大,CO_2浓度逐步升高。最后,探讨了CO_2的处理工艺及利用方向,建议利用PSA变压吸附法脱碳工艺处理本矿区煤层气中的二氧化碳,并满足周边城市的工业需求。
The law of CO2 in coalbed methane in Urumqi mining area is simple studied in this paper, and the effect of buried depth on the occurrence of CO2 is given. With the increase of depth, the concentration of CO2 show a trend of inverted "V" and reached 40% at about 1000m. At the same time, the test data shows that along with gradually decrease of CH4 concentration, the CO2 desorption quantity in- creases, which elevated CO2 concentration gradually. The processing technology and utilization direction of carbon dioxide are discussed. The paper recommends using PSA decarbonization by pressure swing ad- sorption process to deal with the CO2 in coalbed methane within the mining areas, and meet the industrial demands of the surrounding cities.
