摘要
研究船体板在轴向循环压缩载荷下的极限承载性能,对于保障船舶的总纵强度安全具有重要意义。本文运用系列方柱试件模拟船体板构件,对其在轴向循环压缩下的极限承载能力进行了试验研究,并运用非线性有限元方法对其中两个试件进行了数值分析。研究表明,船体板一次性崩溃压缩极限强度是循环压缩载荷下船体板极限强度的最大值,基于一次性崩溃理念的船体结构极限强度评估可能偏于危险。
Ultimate strength behavior of hull plates under axially cyclic compression is meaningful to guarantee the safety of longitudinal strength of ship hulls. In this paper, a series of tests for ultimate strength of square column specimens is carried out under cyclic axial compression. Numerical analysis is conducted with nonlinear finite element method for two of these specimens. The results indicate that the one-off collapse based compressive ultimate strength gets the maximum of ultimate strength under the load of cyclic axial compression, and the assessment criteria of hull girder's ultimate strength based on one-off collapse may overestimate the bearing capability of actual ship hull structures.
