适用于我国中小型船舶的CO2排放限值计算方法优化研究

摘要 为研究适用于我国沿海及内河中小型船舶CO2排放限值优化计算方法,基于各省上报及实地调研的统计数据,分析我国中小型船舶CO2排放水平及能效水平对船舶整体水平的贡献。通过样本船舶的实例计算,论证现有排放限值公式对中小型船舶的不适应性,并进行敏感性因素分析。利用SPSS、Matlab等软件分别对散货船、油船、集装箱船这三大类船型进行数据拟合,得到适用于中小型船舶的CO2排放限值基面计算公式,为我国中小型船舶的能效计算提供技术参考。 In order to study the optimal calculation method of CO2 emission limits applicable to small and medium-sized ships in coastal and inland rivers in China, based on statistical data in provinces' reports and field investigation, small and medium-sized ship CO2 emissions and the proportion ofoil consumption are analyzed. Through the calculation of sample ships, it is demonstrated that the existing formula of the emission limit is not adaptive to small and medium-sized ships, and then analysis of sensitivity factors is carried on. Software SPSS and Matlab are applied to make data fitting for three types of ships i.e. oil tankers, bulk carriers and container ships. Formula of CO2 emission limit suitable for small and medium-sized ships are obtained, which provides technical reference for calculating energy efficiency of small and medium-sized ships in China.
