摘要
针对低矮流线型围壳高精度建造的需求和特点,提出了基于尺寸链的围壳建造精度分配与偏差控制计算方法。从围壳建造工艺优化设计和精度分配两方面出发,在精度项识别、基准设置、围壳结构分段建造、关键设备安装等方面,研究了低矮流线型围壳建造精度控制技术,并验证了尺寸链的精度计算方法。
Aiming at high-accurate construction of low-rise streamlined sail, an algorithm of accurate distribution is presented based on a dimensional chain. With respect to optimal design and accurate control in construction, the algorithm is validated, with the accurate identification, setting base, construction of blocks of the sail structure and installation effectively used in design of important equipment involved. This technology of accurate control could be and construction of a sail.
