ROS-induced NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation and Cardiovascular Diseases

摘要 炎症小体激活是由蛋白复合物组装信号介导的炎症因子成熟和释放的过程,其中对NLRP3(Nod-like receptor protein 3)炎症小体激活的研究最为广泛。包括活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)在内的多种危险信号均可激活NLRP3炎症小体,从而上调炎症因子的表达。活性氧是细胞氧化系统产生的含有活性氧基团的物质,笔者重点探讨了ROS这一关键信号与NLRP3炎症小体激活之间的关系,为治疗炎症相关心血管疾病提供了新的思路。 Activation of inflammasomes is the process of maturation and release of inflammatory factors mediated by multiprotein complexes, and NLRP3 (Nod-like receptor protein 3 ) is the most-characterized intlammasome. Several signal pathways, including reactive oxygen species( ROS), could activate NLRP3 inflammasomeis. In the present review, we focused on the relationship between ROS and NLRP3 inflammasome activation, which will help to develop novel therapeutic strategies in the treatment of inflammasome- associated cardiovascular diseases.
