城市交通拥堵问题的科学治理方案

Scientific Solution to Urban Traffic Congestion

随着我国城市化进程的加快,交通拥堵已成为制约城市发展的一大顽疾。文中通过分析城市交通拥堵的特点与现状,梳理出导致城市交通拥堵的原因,并结合国内外城市交通拥堵治理的经验,提出要合理进行城市规划,优先发展公共交通,建设基于物联网的智能交通,提高私家车拥车门槛和用车成本,倡导文明出行、绿色出行,以切实解决城市交通拥堵问题。

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, traffic congestion has become the stub- born disease restricting urban development. This paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of traffic congestion in the cities of China, and summarizes the fundamental reasons for urban traffic conges- tion after further study. Referring to the experiences of other big cities abroad, it proposes to make reason- able urban plan, develop the public transportation preferentially, construct intelligent transportation based on internet of things, improve the threshold and cost of private cars, and initiate civilized trip and green trip. And then the traffic congestion can be solved feasibly.
