摘要 洪涝灾情统计是防汛救灾的基础性工作。将现代信息技术应用于洪涝灾害统计,推进洪涝灾情统计信息化,是适应新时期防灾减灾救灾工作的必然要求。以广西为例,从洪涝灾情统计工作现状着手,分析洪涝灾情统计数据采集、分析处理及应用、信息化建设等方面存在的问题,探索应用大数据、云计算、物联网等技术,通过全面规划、优化流程、整合资源等手段,进一步提升洪涝灾情统计信息化水平,以期为广西洪涝灾情统计信息化建设工作提供参考。 Flood disasters statistics is fundamental for flood control and disaster relief. In order to adapt into the new era,applying modern information technology to flood disasters statistics is highly demanded to meet the requirement of disasters prevention and mitigation. Taking Guangxi Province as an example, focusing on present states of flood disasters statistics, this paper systematically analyzes existing issues in data collection, processing and application, as well as information construction. Through the application of information technology such as large data, cloud computing, internet of things, the level of flood disasters statistics information system could be further enhanced with excellent comprehensive planning,optimization of process, and integration of resources.
