摘要
本文采用系统动力学方法,以京东为例,将京东全球购业务的发展历程分为萌芽期、发展期、爆发期三个阶段,构建京东全球购三个阶段发展历程的因果循环模型,并对其进行系统动力学分析。通过分析指出京东全球购在各个发展阶段中采取何种模式的发展布局及主要布局方向,同时说明京东全球购在此模式布局下采取何种具体措施来取得庞大的市场份额,为目前国内企业在跨境电商业务如何进行发展布局提供借鉴。
In this paper,we use the method of system dynamics to analyze Jingdong.The development process of the Jingdong’s global purchase business is divided into three stages,the embryonic period,the development period and the outbreak period.We build the cause-effect model of three phases of Jingdong’s global purchase and use system dynamics analysis for detail.Through the analysis we get to know the patterns Jingdong have in the development of corporation layout and the main direction of three stages of development.At the same time,we introduce the measures Jingdong’s global purchase took to achieve the large market share under such environment and give advice to current domestic enterprises when they layout the cross-border E-commence business.
