摘要 目的建立微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定粮食中锂、铍、钡、钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、钇、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、铊、铅、钍、铀方法。方法样品采用经微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体发射质谱法同时测定44种元素的含量。结果灵敏度高,各元素检出限在0.00008~0.30 mg/kg之间;线性良好,线性相关系数均≥0.995;各元素的加标回收率在79.1%~130%。结论此方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,能满足食品卫生标准需要。 Objective To establish a method for determination of 44 elements( Li,Be,Ba,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Y,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Pm,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Tl,Pb,Th and U) in corn and nuts by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods After microwave digestion,44 trace elements were simultaneously determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer( ICP-MS).Results The sensitivity was high; limits of detection were in the range of 0. 00008-0. 30 mg/kg; Linear coefficients of all elements were above 0. 995; recoveries ranged from 79. 1 % to 112 %. Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid with superior sensitivity and the result are in high accuracy. It can meet the requirement of the standard of food sanitation.
