摘要 目的建立固相萃取/高效液相色谱法同时测定保健食品中12种双酚类化合物的迁移量方法。方法样品经乙腈提取,Pro Elut CARB固相萃取柱净化,Platisil PH(反相色谱苯基柱)分离后,液相色谱-荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。结果在线性范围内,12种双酚类化合物线性相关系数(r)均>0.999,回收率为71.3%~118%(n=6),相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.6%~12.8%(n=6),方法的定量限(LOQ)为0.05~1.0 mg/kg。结论方法操作简单、高效、重现性好,满足现行法规要求,可同时定性定量测定保健食品中12种双酚类化合物的迁移量。 Objective Based on solid phase extraction(SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),a method for simultaneous determination of the migration of 12 bisphenol compounds in function food was developed. Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile followed by Pro Elut CARB to remove the matrix interference. 12 bisphenol compounds were seprated using a Platisil PH column,and then detected by fluorescence detection. An external standard method for quantification was applied. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity and the correlation coefficients( r) were greater than 0. 999. The average recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 71. 3 % to 118 %( n = 6) and the relative standard deviations( RSD) were from4. 6 % to 12. 8 %. The limits of quantitation( LOQ, S/N 10) were 0. 05-0. 1 mg/kg.Conclusion This method is simple,time-saving and efficient; also meet the requirements of current laws and regulations for achieving qualitative and quantitative determination of the migration of 12 bisphenol substances in function food.
