北京市密云区社区卫生服务中心传染病防控能力现状

Present status of infectious disease prevention and control ability of the community health service centers in Miyun district of Beijing

目的了解北京市密云区社区卫生服务中心传染病防控能力现状,为改善和制定传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果此次共调查密云区19家社区卫生服务中心,传染病防控人员占所有职工的37.11%;学历以大专及以上为主,职工年龄结构以20~49岁为主(92.17%);财政拨款基本卫生服务经费占3.70%;设备配置有待进一步完善;传染病报告相关培训率达到100.0%,能很好的配合上级单位完成传染病防控工作;按国家规定接种疫苗种类接种率达100.0%的有14家;各单位都已实现网络化管理,但只有9家与上级单位有网络联接。结论应加大卫生服务经费投入,尽快完善社区卫生服务中心传染病防控设备配置,健全与上级医院的网络联接,实现资源优化,共同做好传染病防控工作。

Objective To analyze the infectious diseases prevention and control ability of community health service centers in Miyun district of Beijing,so as to improve and to provide scientific evidences for infectious disease prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method were used for the analysis. Results Ninteen community health service centers in Miyun district were surveyed.,Infectious disease prevention and control professionals accounted for 37. 11 % of all employees and their education levels were mainly college degree and above. For their age distribution,most of the workers were 20 to 49 years old（ 92. 17 %）. Basic health services funds from financial allocation accounted for 3. 70 %while instrument arrangement should be furtherly improved. The of training on infectious disease report reached 100. 0 % among staffs. They can cooperate with superior agencies for infectious diseases prevention and control tasks. Vaccination coverage of various vaccines defined by national regulation in 14 centers reached 100. 0 %. Every center had started networking management while only nine established internet connection with higher level agencies. Conclusion We should increase budget on for health service,improve equipment allocation in the community health service centers for infectious disease prevention and control,and establish network connections to the superior hospitals for resources optimization,so as to to do a good job of prevention and control of infectious diseases.
