北京市交道口地区精神病人管理康复工作情况

Rehabilitation management for mental patients in Jiaodaokou community of Beijing

目的了解社区精神病人管理现状,探索提高精神病人康复管理水平。方法对北京市东城区某社区2010年及2016年精神病人管理档案资料进行回顾性调查和分析。结果 2016年患病率及管理率较2010年高,但差异无统计学意义。2016年系统治疗及病情稳定期的病人比例高于2010年,差异有统计学意义(分别为χ~2=8.724,P<0.05和χ~2=6.175,P<0.05)。结论由于精神卫生系统管理加强,各级精防医生工作防控到位,大大减少了社区精神病人病情复发,社区精神病人康复状况明显改善,促进了社会和谐与稳定。

Objective To understand mental patient management situation in the community,and to explore method to improve the rehabilitation management for mental patients. Methods Mental patient management archives in a community of Dongcheng district,Beijing in 2010 and 2016 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results Both attack rate and management rate in 2016 were higher than those in 2010,but there was no statistically significant difference. The proportions of patients receiving systematic treatment and number of patients at stable stage were both significantly higher than those in 2010（χ~2= 8. 724,P 0. 05;. and χ~2= 6. 175,P 0. 05,respectively）. Conclusion Due to strengthened management in mental health system and,the work from mental health doctors at all levels,relapses among mental patients in the community decreased significantly while the rehabilitation status of mental patients in the community has improved significantly and social harmony and stability were promoted.
