摘要
建立了固相微萃取-气质联用检测法,并采用该方法对饮用水体中典型致嗅物质二甲基异崁醇(2-MIB)和土臭素(GSM)进行了周期性监测,同时进行了2-MIB和GSM去除效果试验研究。结果表明,水体中2-MIB和GSM含量随季节变化而波动,在春季时最高,分别达到9.4和9.6 ng/L。粉末活性炭可吸附去除水中2-MIB和GSM,且对GSM的吸附去除效果明显优于2-MIB。
A method of solid - phase micro - extraction (SPME) combined with gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was established and applied for the periodic monitoring of the concentration of the typical odorous substances such as 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) and geosmin (GSM) from drinking water. Meanwhile, the removal of 2-MIB and GSM were also investigated. The results showed that the content of 2-MIB and GSM fluctuated with seasons, and reached the highest value in spring. The highest concentration of 2-MIB was 9.4ng/L and GSM was 9.6ng/L. The powdered activated carbon could be used to remove 2-MIB and GSM, and the removal efficiency of GSM was superior to that toward 2 - MIB.
