锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革湿态染整工艺设计与优化 被引量:8

Design and Optimization on Wet Dyeing and Finishing Technology of Cattle Hide Upper Leather Based on Zr-Al-Ti Complex Tanning Agent

摘要 为优化锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革湿态染整工艺,首先研究了锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的复鞣用量,然后以增厚率、得革率及柔软度为评价指标,采用正交设计法对填充及加脂材料的种类、用量及配伍方案进行优化,最后对各个优化方案进行组装,综合考察坯革的物理机械性能和感官性能,得出最佳的锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革湿态染整工艺。研究表明,复鞣时锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量为2%,填充时氨基树脂鞣剂用量为2%、丙烯酸聚合物鞣剂用量为6%、植物鞣剂用量为7%、合成鞣剂用量为6%,加脂时卵磷脂加脂剂用量为2%、羊毛脂加脂剂用量为2%、合成油加脂剂用量为3%、蓖麻油加脂剂用量为3%,该工艺所得坯革得革率高、增厚率大、柔软度好,收缩温度超过93℃,感官性能良好,坯革物理机械性能满足行业标准。 The wet dyeing and finishing technology of cattle hide upper leather based on Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was optimized. Firstly the dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was studied in retanning process, and then orthogonal experiment was designed, using the softness and thickening rate and gain of leather as evaluation indexes, to optimize the types and dosage and compatibility program of the filling and fatliquoring materials respectively. Finally, the various optimization programs were assembled, and we got the best wet dyeing and finishing technology by comprehensively surveying the physical-mechanical properties and sensory properties. The results indicated that under the optimum conditions of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent 2%in retanning process,aminotaning agent 2%,acrylic polymer tanning agent 6%,vegetable extract 7%and synthetic tanning agent 6%in filling process,lecithin fatliquoring agent 2%,lanolin fatliquoring agent 2%,synthetic fatliquoring agent 3%and castor oil fatliquoring agent 3%in fatliquoring process,the softness and thickening rate and gain of the crust leather were very high,the shrinkage temperature exceeded 93℃.Moreover,the crust leather had a good sensory properties,and its physical-mechanical properties could meet industry standards.
