摘要
在超声条件下以三甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、月桂醇和硬脂酸为反应原料合成了一种新型酯基阳离子表面活性剂3-十二烷氧基-2-十八酰氧基丙基三甲基氯化铵,最佳合成条件为:超声频率40 k Hz,反应温度60℃,反应p H=8.5,反应时间2.5 h。3-十二烷氧基-2-十八酰氧基丙基三甲基氯化铵的产率为94.71%,熔点为66~67℃。通过红外光谱对产物进行了结构表征。
A novel ester cationic surfactant 3-dodecyloxy-2-octadecanoyloxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was synthesized by using trimethylamine, epichlorohydrin, lauryl alcohol and stearic acid as the starting materials under ultrasonic conditions. The optimum conditions were as follows: ultrasonic frequency 40 k Hz, reaction temperature 60℃, pH = 8.5, reaction time 2.5 h. The yield of 3-dodecyloxy-2-octadecanoyloxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was 94.71%, and the melting point was 66~67℃. The structure of product was characterized by IR.
