摘要
为了优化铁路资源配置,提高整个集疏运系统的能力。通过阐述重载煤运专线集疏运系统能力协调原则,在分析重载煤运专线集疏运系统相关理论和能力协调的基础上,以神华重载煤运专线集疏运系统为例,从集运、运输、疏运3个子系统能力方面,探讨神华重载煤运专线集疏运系统能力协调,构建重载煤运专线集疏运系统能力协调度模型,提出协调度等级划分方案,对其集疏运系统能力的协调性进行分析,找出集疏运系统能力限制因素,为优化重载铁路集疏运系统提供参考。
It is important to optimize the allocation of railway resources, and improve the ability of the whole collection-distribution system. Based on expounding the principles, relevant theories and practices of capacity and coordination of the collection and distribution system, this paper takes Shenhua heavy haul railway coal line as an example to explore capacity coordination of the collecting and distributing system from the aspects of collection, transportation and distribution. The model of capacity coordination degrees of collecting and distributing system of heavy haul railway coal line is constructed, and the corresponding grading scheme is put forward. The paper also analyzes the coordination of capacity of collecting and distributing system so as to figure out the elements that limit the capacity of the collecting and distributing system, which is expected to provide reference for optimizing collecting and distributing system of heavy haul railway.
