摘要 基于现代信息技术而形成的自动化立体仓库在现代物流管理中发挥了储存、保管、配送、加工、调节运输能力、信息传递等功能,达到了安全风险预控和可控的目的。针对室外堆场设计、仓库总体设计、库房消防系统及视频监控、库房环境温湿度监控等方面,阐述了铁路箱式自动化立体仓库功能设计。在此基础上,以SH铁路公司机车检修配件箱式自动化仓库软硬件系统设计为例,分析铁路箱式自动化立体仓库系统设计,探讨自动化立体仓库系统软硬件技术方案,为相关行业的自动化立体仓库建设提供参考。 The automated high-rise warehouse based on modern information technology has the functions of storage, keeping, delivery, handling, adjusting transport ability and information transfer, which make the safety risks predictable and controllable. This paPer elaborates the function design in terms of outdoor yard design, warehouse overall design,fire fighting system, ambient temperature and moisture control, etc. On this basis, taking the example of the software and hardware design for SH Railway Company's container automated warehouse for locomotive repairing fittings, this paper analyzes the system design and technical solutions of automated high-rise warehouse, which can serve as the reference for the construction of automated high-rise warehouse in related fields.
