摘要
目的比较308 nm准分子激光和窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow spectrum uvb rays,NB-UVB)治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法斑秃患者57例,分为治疗组患者29例,采用复方甘草酸苷联合308 nm准分子激光照射治疗;对照组患者28例,采用复方甘草酸苷联合NB-UVB照射治疗。复方甘草酸苷50 mg口服,每日3次。308 nm准分子激光和NB-UVB照射,每周2次,治疗3个月,共照射24次。两组患者均在治疗第1,2和3个月时各随访1次。结果治疗后1,2和3个月时,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,平均显效时间和用药安全性组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 308 nm准分子激光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑秃疗效较紫外线好、不良反应少。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimerlaser and compound glycyrrhizin to treat alopecia areata jointly.Methods Totally 57 patients of alopecia areata were divided into the treatment group(29 patients) and control group(28 patients).The patients in the treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin thrice per day and 308 nm excimerlaser twice a week, and those in the control group with compound glycyrrhizin thrice per day and NB-UVB twice a week. The patients were followed up at the first, second,third month of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 50. 0%, 89. 3% and 92. 9% in the treatment group after 1,2 and 3 months respectively, which were higher than those in the control group(34. 6%, 65. 4% and 69. 2%). The differences were statistically significant(P〈 0. 05).The difference between the two groups in meanlength(days) for achieving the effectiveness was significant(P〈 0. 05). Moreover, the difference in the drug-using safety was also statistically significant(P〈0. 05).Conclusions The combination of compound glycyrrhizin and 308 nm excimer laser represents an effective and well-tolerated therapy for alopecia areata.
