婴儿血管瘤(Infantile hemangiomas,IH)是最常见的发生在皮肤、软组织的血管良性肿瘤,根据瘤体形态及侵袭深度分为浅表性、深在性及混合性。目前的治疗方法有药物治疗、激光治疗、手术治疗和联合治疗等。本文就婴儿皮肤深在性血管瘤目前的治疗进展及作用机制进行阐述。

Infantile hemangiomas are common benign vascular tumors of the skin and soft tissue. IHs are subclassified as superfical, deep and mixed depending on the shape and depth of invasion. The current treatments include medicine, laser, operation, combined. This article describes the advance and mechanism of the treatment of deep skin hemangioma in infants.
