养老金融文献综述

The Literature Review of Aging Finance

随着我国人口老龄化的快速发展,国家出台了从各方面关注老龄事业发展的政策。养老金融作为老龄事业发展的血脉资源,其相关研究也在跟进。梳理了我国学界对养老金融的概念界定情况,同时通过对国外养老金融文献的研究,结合国内学者见解,基本确立了我国三支柱养老金模型。学界关于养老金融发展对策方面的研究文献,主要集中在模式运行和管理、机构参与和相关保障等方面。

The reality of accelerating the aging of our country made the policymakers pay attention to the construction and development of the old-age undertakings from all aspects. The research of the pension funds as the resource money of the old-age undertakings is also being followed up. This paper combs the concept of aging finance in our country, and establishes the ＂three pillars＂ pension model through the study of foreign pension literature and the domestic scholars＇ opinions. The literature research on aging finance development measures mainly focuses on mode operation and management, institutional participation and related securities.
