高校校园附属型社区养老服务研究——以中国人民大学校园社区为例

A Study on the Service of University-Based Retirement Communities——Take Renmin University of China for Example

高校校园附属型社区养老服务存在运行机制有待完善、养老服务设施不健全、养老服务投入不足、服务水平差异大等问题。旨在通过对高校校园内附属型社区养老服务现状及问题的研究,阐述发展高校校园内附属型社区养老服务的优势,并提出完善高校校园附属型社区养老服务的建议。

This paper shows that facilities in university-based retirement communities are inadequate and operating mechanisms of elderly care servicethere are yet to be improved.At the same time, investments in elderly care serviceare insufficient and service quality differs a lot.Through studying the current situation and problems of elderly care service in university-based retirement communities, this paper intends to demonstrate advantages of eldercare service there and put forward some suggestions to improve the service.
