摘要 "教体结合"是竞技体育后备人才研究中的一个热点话题,其基本思想是要求竞技体育成为普通全日制学校的课程;博弈论是研究人或组织在社会中如何做出战略性决定的学问或学科。"教体结合"涉及的是一场学校与社会之间的课程设置博弈。从博弈论的角度审视"教体结合",拓展了"教体结合"的理论基础,也为这一实践提供了新的依据,即相比单方面课程设置,学校选择文化课程和竞技体育课程并兼设置的方案能够培养出更多最佳发展的人才,从而创造更大的社会价值,获得更多的社会回报。 "Combining education with sports" is a hot topic in the research of reserve talents of competitive sports, its basic idea is that competitive sports should become normal curriculum in ordinary full-time school. Game theory refers to study people making strategical decision in society. "Combining education with sports" is a game of curriculum setting between school and society. From the point of game theory view, "Combining edu- cation with sports" would enhance the theory of "Combining education with sports" and gain a new basis, name- ly, compare with any single curriculum setting strategy, the strategy of set both academic, learning and competi- tive sports can cultivate more talent with best development, as a result of which, it can make more social value, in return, gain more repay from society.
