我国花样滑冰双人滑男子优秀运动员运动素质评价

Study on the Characteristics and Evaluation of Athletic Quality of Chinese Elite Figure Skating Double-Man Skaters

采用特尔斐法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对我国花样滑冰双人滑优秀男子运动员的体能进行了测试。研究发现,(1)1RM站姿杠铃上举、1RM半蹲、仰卧两头起、纵跳摸高、30米跑、1 500米跑、30秒双摇跳绳、肩绕环、4×10米折返跑以及八级腹桥可作为我国优秀花样滑冰双人滑男子运动员体能水平的有效指标;(2)使用N=∑niwi的综合模型评价,且按照五级评价,体能上等的比例过低,在一定程度上会影响运动员的成绩提高。

Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, test method, mathematical statistics, the conclusions are as follows ： （ 1 ） Determine the performance of Chinese elite figure skating two-man skater Test index criteria： upper limb strength, lower limb strength, waist and abdomen strength, explosive three, displacement speed, aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance, flexibility, sensitivity and coordination of upper and lower limbs, static balance, specific test methods check 10 test indicators： 1RM Station Posture Barbell up, 1RM squat, supine two, vertical jump touch high, 30 meters run, 1 500 meters run, 30s double rocking rope, shoulder ring, 4 ×10m retrace run and eight -stage abdominal bridge. （2）The author has formulated the evalu-ation standard, grade evaluation standard and comprehensive evaluation standard of the lO -point system for the evaluation indexes of the special qualities of the excellent figure skating double men＇s athletes in China.
