地球静止轨道遥感器空间热流模拟方法研究

摘要 空间遥感器需开展地面热试验以验证热控设计的正确性,而空间热流的准确模拟是地面热试验验证的关键因素。地球静止轨道遥感器空间热流复杂,空间热流的准确模拟更为重要。文章提出了一种地球静止轨道遥感器空间热流模拟方法,解决了高轨光学系统受照的热流模拟问题,大大提高了静止轨道遥感器地面试验的准确性。文章以"风云四号"卫星闪电成像仪为例,详细介绍了热流模拟方法,并进行了地面试验和在轨验证。地面试验和在轨飞行温度数据表明该模拟方法正确,模拟数据可靠。文章介绍的热流模拟方法也为后续高轨遥感器及太阳观测遥感器空间热流的模拟提供了参考。 Ground thermal balance test should be carried out for space remote sensor in order to verify the validity of the thermal control design. Accurate simulation of the space heat flux is the critical factor in the ground thermal verification. Especially it is more important for the sensors on geostationary orbit owning to the complexity of the heat flux. In this paper, a new heat flux simulation method is given for the sensor on geostationary orbit, which can solve the problem of irradiation for the optical system on high altitude orbit and increase the accuracy of heat flux simulation. Taking the FY-4 lightning imaging sensor as an example, the method is introduced in detail. The ground test and in-orbit verifications are all carried out, and the temperature data results indicate the correctness of the simulation method and the reliability of the analog data. This method also provides reference of heat flux simulation for the subsequent high orbit and solar observation remote sensors.
