摘要 核桃贮藏害虫杀灭是核桃采后最重要的加工环节,由于虫蛀损失严重,及时高效杀灭核桃贮藏害虫至关重要。介绍以化学熏蒸为代表的传统杀虫技术,以及辐照杀虫技术、远红外杀虫技术、微波杀虫技术、射频杀虫技术为代表的新型杀虫技术,对核桃杀虫的研究现状和应用状况做简要分析比较。论述针对核桃产品杀虫的具体需求,射频技术为核桃采后害虫处理和核桃贮藏性改善开辟一条全新的技术途径,已成为核桃采后加工领域研究的前沿方向。 The treatment of storage pests in walnuts is the most important link of processing after harvest, due to infestation serious losses, timely and efficient disinfestations treatments for storage pests in walnuts is vital. This paper introduced traditional insecticidal technology to chemical fumigation as the representative, and radiation technology, far-infrared technology, microwave technology, radio frequency technology as the new technology. Research and application status are compared and analyzed in this paper. According to the specific demands of walnut products, radio frequency has opened up a brand-new technological way for the treatment of walnut pests and the improvement of walnut storage property, and has become the front direction of research in the field of walnut processing.
