摘要 以折流式厌氧反应器(ABR)作为设计原型,将掺Fe0填料与厌氧接触氧化工艺进行联用,设计新型掺Fe^0填料式A_nOR反应器,考察其对难降解有机物的降解效果。研究了新型反应器对染料废水的降解效果,并探讨了反应器运行过程中COD、pH和色度变化的原因及与处理效果的关系。实验结果表明,采用掺Fe^0填料式反应器处理质量浓度为100 mg/L、COD为2 500 mg/L的染料废水,出水的COD、色度去除率分别达到86.45%、82.1%以上。 Using anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR)as design prototype,a new kind of Fe-0-doped packed-type reactor(A_nOR)has been designed by coupling Fe-0-doped fillers with anaerobic-contact oxidation process,and its degradation effect on the refractory organic substances investigated.The degradation effect of the new type of reactor on dye wastewater is researched,and the cause of the changes of COD,pH and chroma in the process of reactor operation,the relationship between these factors and the treatment effect are discussed.The experimental result shows that when the mass concentration of dye wastewater is 100 mg/L,and COD is 2 500 mg/L,the removing rates of effluent COD and chroma are above 86.45% and 82.1%,respectively.
