反渗透系统磷酸盐结垢的分析判断及控制方法研究

摘要 某磷矿肥生产企业1 000 m^3/h脱盐水处理系统中6套反渗透系统产水量发生急剧下降,分析其原因,并在此基础上研究了该系统磷酸盐结垢分析方法及预处理工艺。经电感耦合等离子发射光谱法及能谱分析,判断系统产水量下降的主要原因为磷酸盐结垢。投加1.5 mL 1%PAC、1.2 mL 5%石灰乳于500 mL水样中,除磷效果较好。A套反渗透系统经过30 d的连续运行,系统产水量可稳定在160 m^3/h以上。 The causes of the sharp decrease happened to the water production rate of 6 sets of reverse osmosis(RO)systems in the 1 000 m^3/h desalted water treatment system of a phosphorus fertilizer producing enterprise have been analyzed,and based on it,phosphate scaling analysis and pretreatment technology of the system researched.By means of inductive coupling plasma,emission spectrometry and energy spectrum analysis,it is judged that the main cause of the water production rate decrease is phosphate scaling.The phosphorus removing effect is better when 1.5 mL 1% of PAC,and 1.2 mL 5% of lime are added to 500 mL of water samples.After set A of RO system has run continuously for 30 days,the water production rate of the system can be stabilized at above 160 m^3/h.
