摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备Cu-Zn-Ce/ZSM-5催化剂,运用UV-Vis、IR和GC-MS图谱分析手段,研究了紫外光辅助催化湿式氧化法降解酸性大红GR的降解历程,并推测其降解路径。紫外光辅助催化湿式氧化法是先通过破坏染料结构中的偶氮键而使其脱色,然后再破坏结构中苯环及萘环,使其发生开环发应,生成小分子物。并对Cu-Zn-Ce/ZSM-5催化剂降解酸性大红GR模拟废水动力学研究,得其表观动力学方程。
The Cu-Zn-Ce/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method.UV-Vis,IR and GC-MS were used to study the degradation process of acid scarlet GR under UV-assisted catalytic wet-oxidation,and the degradation path was deduced.UV-assisted catalytic wet oxidation first destroyed the azo bond in the dye structure leading to lose its color,and then destroyed the benzene ring and the naphthalene ring in the structure to generate small molecular substances.The kinetics of Cu-Zn-Ce/ZSM-5 degrading acid scarlet GR simulated wastewater.The apparent kinetic equation was found.
