摘要
针对传统双环PI控制和滞环电流控制的无桥双Boost功率因数校正(PFC)变换器在输入电流畸变、快速动态响应和高功率功率因数间权衡困难的问题。提出一种基于传统电压PI结合预测电流内环控制的优化算法,解决双环PI控制动态响应慢、波形畸变、电压PI结合电流滞环控制功率因数低的问题,实现高功率因数、快速动态响应和低谐波污染的数字控制无桥双Boost PFC变换器。实验表明:所设计的无桥双Boost PFC电路总谐波失真为4.2%,功率因数为0.998。
To solve the problems of conventional double loop PI control and hysteresis current control of the dual-boost PFC converter,in the input current distortion,fast dynamic response and high power factor.An optimization algorithm based on traditional voltage PI combined with predictive current inner loop control is proposed.The algorithm solved the problems of slow dynamic response and waveform distortion of double loop PI control,and low power factor of the voltage PI combined with current hysteresis control.Realization of digital control of dual-boost PFC converter with high power factor,fast dynamic response and lower harmonic pollution.The experimental results of the dual-boost PFC converter showed that the total harmonic distortion was 4.2% and the power factor was 0.998.
