摘要
目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并脑梗死患者(简称并发患者)血生化指标及临床意义。方法:对156例确诊的T2DM、脑梗死、并发患者的血生化指标进行分析,与对照组比较。结果:并发患者组与对照组比较血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平降低(P<0.01),血清尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)血清水平升高(P<0.05);并发患者组与T2DM组比较糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)和GLU降低(P<0.01);并发患者组与脑梗死组比较Hb A1C和UA降低(P<0.05),GLU和HDL升高(P<0.05)。结论:UA、GLU、TCHO、TG、LDL和HCY的水平过高及HDL水平过低是影响老年人群发生T2DM合并脑梗死的因素。
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of blood biochemical indexes in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods:The blood biochemical indexes of 156 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, cerebral infarction, and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were analyzed and compared with the normal control group. Results: Compared with the healthy controls, the serum levels of HDL decreased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction ( P 〈0.01 ). The levels of serum UA, GLU, TCHO, TG, LDL and HCY increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus group, the indexes of HbA1C and GLU decreased in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with cerebral infarction group, UA and HbA1C in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction group decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) and HDL and GLU increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :The high levels of UA, GLU, TCHO, TG, LDL and HCY and the low level of HDL are risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with cerebral infarction in elderly people.
