摘要
目的:探讨高压氧治疗对改善糖尿病足患者下肢能量代谢和神经传导功能的作用。方法:选取糖尿病足患者60例为研究对象,随机分为高压氧治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,高压氧组在对照组相同治疗基础上进行高压氧治疗,检测两组患者下肢静脉血液中乳酸浓度、血糖浓度以及血氧饱和度,并采用肌电图检测患者腓总神经感觉传导速度和胫神经运动传导速度。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,高压氧组患者下肢静脉血液中血糖水平降低(t=3.624,P=0.033),乳酸水平也降低(t=4.582,P=0.002),血氧饱和度升高(t=5.263,P=0.001);治疗后,高压氧组患者腓总神经感觉传导速度优于对照组(t=9.841,P=0.001),胫神经运动传导速度也优于对照组(t=8.654,P=0.001)。结论:高压氧治疗可有效改善患者下肢能量代谢,提高下肢神经传导速度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the hyperbaric oxygen effect in improving the blood energy metabolism and nerve conduction function in patients with diabetic foot. Methods:60 cases of patients with diabetic foot were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and the hyperbaric oxygen group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The lactic acid, blood glucose levels and blood oxygen saturation of venous blood in lower extremity were detected in the two groups, and the velocity of sensory conduction and tibiae nerve were also studied with electromyography. Results: After treatment, the blood sugar and blood lactic acid of venous blood in lower extremity were declined in hyperbaric oxygen group ( t = 3. 624, P = 0. 033 ; t = 4. 582, P = 0. 002). And the blood oxygen saturation was increased ( t =5. 263, P =0. 001 ). The velocity of sensory conduction and tibiae nerve improved significantly compared with those in the control group ( t = 9. 841, P = 0. 001 ; t = 8. 654, P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the energy metabolism of lower extremity, and improve the nerve conduction function.
