单纯椎板开窗术与经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Efficacy of simple vertebral lamina fenestration and percutaneous intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨单纯椎板开窗术与经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年3月接受腰椎间盘突出症治疗的200例患者;将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例;对照组患者采用单纯椎板开窗术,观察组患者采用经皮椎间孔镜手术,对比两种手术方式的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)均降低,且观察组患者降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗满意度为87.00%,对照组患者治疗满意度为71.00%,观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中采用经皮椎间孔镜治疗能够降低治疗的疼痛感,提高患者的满意度。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of simple vertebral lamina fenestration and percutaneous intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods ：200 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group used simple vertebral lamina fenestration and the observation group adopted percutaneous intervertebral foramen. The efficacy of the two surgical methods was compared. Results：After treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups decreased, and the decrease in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group （ P 〈0.05）. The treatment satisfaction was 87 % in the observation group and 71.00 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Percutaneous intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can reduce the pain of treatment and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
