摘要
目的:研究Bcl-2和Apaf-1蛋白在乳腺癌组织及正常乳腺组织中的表达,并探讨二者与相关临床病理因素的关系及二者表达的相关性。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月患者相关材料完整的乳腺癌存档蜡块60例,应用免疫组织化学法分析检测Bcl-2和Apaf-1的表达情况同时分析两者表达的相关性。结果:Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织内为41.67%(25/60),在癌旁组织内为13.33%(4/30),前者高于后者(P<0.05);而Apaf-1在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为21.67%(13/60),低于癌旁组织中的阳性表达73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);Bcl-2蛋白、Apaf-1的表达与BMI指数及年龄不存在明显相关性(P>0.05),但与肿瘤大小、临床分期与淋巴结是否转移存在相关性(P<0.05),二者在组织中表达呈负相关(r=-0.499,P=0.001)。结论:Bcl-2和Apaf-1在乳腺癌的发展和侵袭中发挥着重要作用,且有可能作为临床判断乳腺癌预后的标志物。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Bcl -2 and Apaf-1 protein in breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues, and to explore the relation-ship between the expression and correlation of the two proteins and clinicopathological factors. Methods :60 cases of breast cancer paraffin blocks with the complete related materials from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Bcl - 2 and Apaf - 1 and analyze their correlation. Results:The positive expression rate of Bc1-2 protein in breast cancer tissues was 41.67 % (25/60), and in the adjacent tissues was 13.33 % (4/30) ; the former was significantly higher than the latter ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of Apaf - 1 in breast cancer was 21.67 % ( 13/60), which was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissues (73.33 %, 22/30) ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant correlation between the expression of Bcl - 2 and Apaf - 1 protein and the BMI index and age ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, there was a significant correlation in tumor size, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ) and there was a negative correlation between the expression of the two proteins ( r = - 0.499, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Bcl - 2 and Apaf - 1 play an important role in the development and invasion of breast cancer, and may be used as a marker to judge the prognosis of breast cancer.
