2010-2014年鄂尔多斯市人间布鲁氏菌病的流行病学分析

摘要 目的:了解鄂尔多斯市人间布鲁氏菌病发病的流行特征,为布鲁氏菌病防治提供科学的防治策略。方法:资料来自国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统的疫情报告和鄂尔多斯市疾控中心,将鄂尔多斯地区布鲁氏菌病的发病情况进行统计分析。结果:2010-2014年鄂尔多斯市共报告的1 232例新发病例,各年分别为82例、177例、266例、274例、432例,呈逐年上升的趋势;新发病例主要集中在杭锦旗、达拉特旗和准格尔旗三个旗中,其中杭锦旗459例,占全市37.3%;达拉特旗422例,占全市34.3%;准格尔旗158例,占全市12.8%;发病时间呈正态分布,病例从3月份增加,6-8月份达到高峰,9月份逐渐降低。4-9月份共874例,占全部病例的70.9%;发病职业以农、牧民为主,这两种职业人群占总发病人数的79.7%。其中农民占63.2%,牧民占16.6%。结论:2010-2014年鄂尔多斯市布鲁氏菌病发病呈逐年上升的趋势,防控效果不佳。布鲁氏菌病对当地的人群身体健康构成了严重的威胁。 Objective:To explore the epidemiolagical features of brucellosis in Ordos,and to provide evidences for making control and prevention strategy. Methods:Data were from the report of National disease supervision information management system and Ordos center for disease control and prevention, and the incidence of brucellosis in Ordos was analyzed. Results:There were 1232 human cases reported in 2010 -2014. There were 82 in 2010,177 in 2011,266 in 2012,274 in 2013 and 432 in 2014, which showed a trend of rising year by year; New cases of the disease mainly concentrated in Hangjinqi, Dalad Banner and Zhunge'er Banner, and there were 459 cases in Hangjinqi, accounting for 37.3 % of the city; 422 cases in Dalad Banner, accounting for 34.3 % of the city;158 eases in Zhungerr Banner, accounting for 12.8 % of the city; Onset time was normally distributed. The cases had increased markedly since March, peaked in June to August, and decreased in September. There were 874 cases from April to September, accounting for 70.9% of all cases ; The incidence of disease was dominated by farmers and herdsmen, accounting for 79.7 %. Among them, the farmers accounted for 63.2 % and herdsmen 16.6 %. Conclusion:The epidemic of brucellosis showed a rising trend during 2010 -2014 in Ordos, and the prevention and control effect is not very well. Brucellosis has created extremely serious threat to the human health.
