产前诊断管理对妊娠结局的影响

Influence of prenatal diagnosis management on pregnancy outcome

目的:探讨产前诊断管理对孕产妇产前诊断效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2016年10月产前门诊建档,产前筛查异常的孕产妇92例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取产前诊断管理,对照组采取常规追踪随访,比较两组孕产妇及时通知率、宣教率、随访率、复诊率、产前诊断率及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:观察组患者及时通知率、宣教率、随访率、复诊率、产前诊断率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胎膜早破、羊水异常、剖宫产及新生儿畸形、新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产前诊断管理在产前检查异常患者中实施可提高产前诊断效果,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective ：To explore the effect of prenatal diagnosis management on prenatal diagnosis and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women. Methods ：92 pregnant women whose files were created at the Outpatient Clinic from Feb. 2016 to Oct. 2016 and who were detected to be abnormal by prenatal screening were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was managed through prenatal diagnosis while the control group was followed up routinely, with the timely notification rate, the publicity and education rate, the follow - up rate, the prenatal diagnosis rate, the return visit rate and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome compared. Results ： The timely notification rate, the publicity and education rate, the follow -up rate, the prenatal diagnosis rate and the return visit rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rates of premature rupture of membranes, amniotic fluid abnormalities, cesarean section , neonatal malformations and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Prenatal diagnosis management in prenatal examination of patients with abnormalities can improve prenatal diagnostic effects and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
