糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者PRR11蛋白水平及相关因素分析

PRR11 Protein Level in Diabetic Patients with Pancreatic Cancer and Analysis of Relevant Clinical Features

摘要 为了探讨PRR11(proline-rich protein 11)在糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者中的表达,我们分析了PRR11在糖尿病合并胰腺癌发生发展的作用。本研究采用免疫组织化学染色的方法,检测了50胰腺癌患者的癌症组织中PRR11的蛋白表达水平,其中糖尿病患者32例,非糖尿病患者18例。选用自动生化分析仪检测胰腺癌患者空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白以及血糖控制情况,分析比较糖尿病对胰腺癌患者癌组织中PRR11水平的影响。研究发现PRR11蛋白在糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者的癌组织中阳性率为87.5%,显著高于非糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者中PRR11蛋白的阳性率。同时PRR11在血糖控制不良组中的水平显著性高于血糖控制良好组。相关性分析显示,癌组织中PRR11的表达水平与空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白的水平呈正相关关系。因此PRR11在胰腺癌患者的异常高表达会促进糖尿病的发生和发展,可作为糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者新的潜在预测指标和治疗靶点。 To investigate the expression of PRR11 in diabetic patients complicated with pancreatic cancer, we analyzed the role of PRR11 in the development and progression of diabetes mellitus complicated with pancreatic cancer. This study used Immun ohistochemistry method to analyze the expression profile of PRR11 in cancer tissues from 50 patients with pancreatic cancer of which 32 patients had diabetes and 18 patients did not have diabetes. Also we detected fasting blood-glucose(FBG), total cholesterol(TC), total glyceride(TG), and glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c) levels and blood-glucose control, analyzing their relationships with PRR11 expression level.Research found the positive rate of PRR11 protein in cancer issue reached 87.5% in pancreatic cancer patients with diabetes which was significantly higher than that in pancreatic cancer patients without diabetes. Meanwhile,PRR11 expression level in patients with a poor blood-glucose control was significantly higher than that in patients with a good blood-glucose control. PRR 11 level was positively correlated with the level of FBG, TC, TG, and Hb Alc. Therefore, high PRR11 level in pancreatic cancer patients would promote the development of diabetes. It might be a new potential marker and treatment target for diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer.
