摘要
为探讨慢性心力衰竭患者外周血中miR-29a的表达水平及其临床意义,本研究选取慢性心力衰竭患者120例(心衰组),选取同期健康体检对象60例作为对照组,检测两组对象外周血中miR-29a的表达水平,并探讨其与慢性心衰患者心功能等指标的关系。研究发现心衰组患者的外周血中miR-29a水平显著的高于对照组(p<0.05);NYHA分级为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级心衰组患者的外周血中miR-29a水平组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05),随着心功能分级增加而逐渐增加;心衰组患者的LVEF%值与外周血中miR-29a水平呈显著的负相关性(p<0.05),心衰组患者的LAD、LVEDD、LVPWT、NT-pro BNP水平与外周血中miR-29a水平呈显著的正相关关系(p<0.05)。研究说明,心衰患者外周血中miR-29a的表达水平明显上调,并且与患者心功能及心肌重构关系密切。
To investigate the expression of miR-29 a in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and its clinical significance, 120 cases of chronic heart failure patients(CHF group) and 60 cases of healthy physical objects as control group were selected. The expression level of miR-29 a in peripheral blood of two groups were determined to explore its relationship with cardiac function index in patients with chronic heart failure. It was found that the level of miR-29 a in peripheral blood of patients with heart failure was significantly higher than that of control group(p〈0.05). Mi R-29 a level in peripheral blood of patients in heart failure NYHA grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significant different(p〈0.05), and it gradually increased with NYHA classification. LVEF%values in heart failure group showed a significant negative correlation with the level of miR-29 a in peripheral blood(p〈0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the level of miR-29 a and LAD, LVEDD, LVPWT,and NT-pro BNP levels in peripheral blood of patients with heart failure(p〈0.05). Our study illustrated that the expression level of miR-29 a in peripheral blood of patients with congestive heart failure significantly increased,and was closely related to cardiac function and myocardial remodeling.
