达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征对性激素及糖脂代谢影响

Effects of Diane-35 combined with metformin for sex hormone and glycolipid metabolism in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征对性激素、糖脂代谢的临床影响情况。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月收治的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者86例,随机分成观察组、对照组各43例,对照组给予达英-35治疗,观察组给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者性激素指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)等激素指标优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组糖脂代谢指标均较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组糖脂代谢指标均较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等糖脂代谢指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征可改善患者性激素、糖脂代谢指标,提高患者排卵率、妊娠率,具有重要临床价值。

Objective ：To probe into the clinical effects of Diane -35 combined with metformin on sex hormone and glycolipid metabolism in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods：86 cases of obese polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） who treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The con- trol group was treated with Diane -35 treatment, while the observation group was treated with Diane -35 combined with mefformin treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ： After the treatment, the sex hormone indexes in the two groups were signifi- cantly improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sex hormone indexes of FSH, E2, LH and T in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In the observation group, there was no significant improvement in glucose and lipid metabolism after the treatment compared with those before the treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism in the observa- tion group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of FINS, FBG, TG and TC in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The Diane -35 combined with metformin can significantly improve the patients＇sex hormone and glycolipid metabolism index, and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. It has important clinical value.
